The website www.fundaciondalma.org -administered by Fundación Dalma, situated in Claudio Coello, 91, mezzanine, 28006 Madrid (Spain), CIF G85352938, registration number 25-1502 at the Foundation Register- follows these general conditions.
1.- Purchase of fair trade products
1.1 Hiring procedure
For purchasing products on www.fundaciondalma.org at the Store section
- select and add the products to the chart (click on "chart" and you will be able to see all the products you have selected for your purchase order);
- provide the right information for the order procedure and delivery of the product;
- accept these general conditions; and
- make sure the procedure data is correct, and then confirm your order.
Fundación Dalma will process your order and send a confirmation e-mail. If Fundación Dalma accepts your order, the contract will be completed and we will send you (i) the hiring confirmation via e-mail within the next 24 hours; (ii) and the purchased product/s at the indicated delivery time within 48 hours.
The delivery will be considered complete the moment the carrier the purchases the product to the shipping address indicated by the buyer. The buyer has the responsibility to verify (or to make sure that the person who receives the products in his/her name at the shipping address will verify) the received product, the delivery receipt and to state any anomaly and complaints at the moment of the delivery, in accordance with the subsection 1.2 (i). All the products displayed on screen may not be available in stock. Displayed features, costs -VAT included-, and delivery expenses (all of them, met by the buyer) are considered current except those errors which are highlighted. Sale items are conveniently separate form those with normal prices by a trademark that emphasizes the promotional basis of the price.
No stipulation made by the potential buyer binds Fundación Dalma unless expressly accepted in advance and in written form. Taxes are included in the prices.
1.2 Return and discontinuance
(i) Within 7 working days from the delivery date you can return (a) products with anomalies and (b) products that were nor ordered, specifying in writing the reason of return on the document delivery receipt provided by the carrier. Fundación Dalma shall be responsible for the expenses of return.
(ii) You have seven working days from the delivery date to discontinue your contract (buyer shall be solely responsible for the direct expenses of return), as long as:
- The product is returned in perfect conditions to Fundación Dalma, Claudio Coello, 91; mezzanine. 28006 Madrid (Spain)
- You provide us with the request number.
Once we received the returned product to the specified address and made sure that the previous requirements were followed, we shall proceed to refund the amount of the purchase (minus direct expenses you are responsible for), in accordance with the method of payment.
2.- E-Bulletin
Our e-bulletin is a free and periodical information service about Fundación Dalma´s activities.
You can subscribe to our e-bulletin on the subscription tab, providing us with the e-mail address to which you want to receive the information and accepting these general conditions. Fundación Dalma will process your request and confirm via e-mail whether it accepts it or not. If Fundación Dalma accepts your request, the contract will be completed and we will send you the hiring confirmation via e-mail within the following 24 hours.
Fundación Dalma reserves the right to determine the regular recurrence of the e-bulletin and to cancel or withdraw the service at any time. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time, by sending an e-mail to dalma@fundaciondalma.org from the e-mail address you are subscribed.
3. Privacy policy
The personal data provided to www.fundaciondalma.org will be included in files created and administered by Fundación Dalma, based in Claudio Coello, 91; mezzanine, 28006 Madrid (Spain) to:
(i) Develop, comply, and control the contracts you subscribe to via www.fundaciondalma.org (donations made to the corresponding occupational centre, purchase of fair trade products from Fundación Dalma, e-bulletin service, etc.);
(ii) Comply with our legal obligations; and
(iii) should the user permit, send them information about fair trade projects related to work integration of people at risk of social exclusion in which Fundación Dalma takes part.
Processing of donations and delivery of the product you have selected from the Donations section will lead Fundación Dalma to provide your details to the beneficiary occupational centre which has produced the product in terms of the processing, execution and control of your application.
Personal data holders will be able to manage their access request, rectification, cancelation, and opposition concerning the processing which Fundación Dalma is responsible for, by addressing in written form to our registered address or e-mail dalma@fundaciondalma.org, notifying their identity.
The user has the obligation to, before providing www.fundaciondalma.org with the personal data of any person involved in the concerning request (e.g. the person who is not the buyer, but to whom the purchased fair trade product must be delivered), inform such person about the content of this section and fulfill any other requirement that might be applied to the correct cession of the provided personal data, without Fundación Dalma following any additional action.
